G2M CRM Specialist

About the Role:

As the G2M CRM Specialist, you will be in charge of setting up and managing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system across Columbus and its business units to ensure effective and timely data capture and proactively governing the adherence to G2M sales and marketing CRM processes.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities of the position are to:

  • Interface with global business applications team to continuously improve the architecture and design of the global Dynamics 365 CRM system including data fields and sales management processes
  • Work with global and BU sales and marketing teams to understand, develop and deploy all standard and any custom G2M data fields and processes in the global Dynamics CRM system
  • Work with all BU sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate updating of lead and opportunity information
  • Integrate the global CRM system with the marketing automation system for seamless and automated handover of leads from the marketing process to the sales process
  • Proactively monitor the CRM system and ensure that data quality is maintained at all times

Desired Skills & experience

  • A Master’s or Bachelor's degree in computer or business related field (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, etc.)
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Ability to integrate with non-O365 solutions, such as marketing automation systems like Marketo, Hubspot
  • Strong ‘General’ IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Visio)
  • Prefer prior experience with a marketing focused CRM system in demand generation, lead funnel management and lead qualification
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with global stakeholders
  • The individual will need to be hands-on since this is a strategic build from scratch job
