Columbus enters strategic alliance with Prodware in France and Spain

We would like to inform you that Prodware and Columbus have entered into a strategic alliance. Prodware has a strong local presence in France and Spain which is set to benefit both companies as well as our customers.
As part of this strategic alliance, Prodware has acquired Columbus subsidiaries in France and Spain which includes the transfer of all local staff, customer contracts and contracts to Prodware.
We believe that this new alliance between Columbus and Prodware will create a strong international Microsoft Dynamics implementation partnership. In more detail, the partnership consists of:
Global Implementation Alliance
- Prodware will be the preferred implementation partner for Columbus in France, Spain and Israel.
- Columbus will be the preferred implementation partner for Prodware in Russia & CIS, USA, India, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Baltics and Middle East.
Global Software Alliance
- Prodware will become an important partner selling Columbus solutions (To-Increase software).
- Prodware will invest in building skills and implementation competencies aligned to Columbus solutions (To-Increase software).
