On October 1, 2024, Beatrice Silow will assume the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with global responsibility for Columbus’ marketing and brand strategy. The appointment marks an important milestone in Columbus’ ongoing efforts to strengthen the company’s market position as a digital advisor.

Beatrice Silow brings over 25 years of experience in leadership and business development within international technology companies, demonstrating a proven track record in implementing transformative marketing strategies, visionary leadership, and strategic insights. She joins from a position as Director of Communication and Culture at Nexer Group in Sweden, where she has built Nexer’s strategic marketing function.

The appointment of Beatrice Silow follows Columbus’ new growth strategy, New Heights. The strategy aims to strengthen the consulting company’s position as a strategic and digital advisor for larger companies. Beatrice will focus on increasing awareness of Columbus’ brand, driving effective storytelling, and supporting Columbus’ growth ambitions.

Beatrice holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. In 2023, she received Microsoft’s Power Women in Tech Award, which highlights female tech leaders who have created extraordinary careers and actively contribute to promoting women and girls in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

Beatrice Silow will be part of Columbus’ Group Management team, reporting to COO Ole Fritze. Her primary workplace will be in the Columbus office in Gothenburg.
