Why is document attachment important?

In this blog, you can learn all about the document attach feature and its importance.

Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 promises to enhance user experience and the document attach feature does exactly that. Document attach allows users to attach multiple documents to Items, Customers, Vendors, Assets and Transactions. The user gets easy and instant access to documents like W-9’s, Contracts, Credit Reports, Customer POs, pictures, and more. You can now attach any document or link to a OneDrive or SharePoint site. Now it is easier to locate a document in Dynamics GP!

Let us look at where you click to attach a document:

It can be difficult to keep up with the constant stream of new features and release updates from Microsoft for your Dynamics GP solution. But it’s important to upgrade to the latest version to better leverage your investment, take advantage of new features and functionality, and benefit from better security and support.
In the food and beverage industry, managing every stage of production, from the storage of raw materials to processing, packaging, storing and shipping the final product, is even more difficult when you factor in variables such as freshness, batch control, and allergen or organic requirements.
