If you are local to the Houston or Phoenix areas, you are in luck! Columbus has a variety of upcoming Microsoft Dynamics GP training classes at both office locations that you can register for to kick off your new year. Also, what better way to learn new tips and tricks in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

These hands-on training classes are taught in our local offices by our GP consultants, giving you one-on-one time with a practiced member of our Dynamics GP team. Each class is affordable, and we are licensed to offer CPE credits in both Texas and Arizona, making it that much easier to reach your requirements.

Fixed Assets
  • Phoenix, February 6th
  • Houston, February 14th

The Microsoft Dynamics GP Fixed Assets course delves into the accounting cycle and the processes required for entering, depreciating and retiring fixed assets. This course shows you how to perform additional functions such as changing asset information, partial asset transfers, partial asset retirements, and retirement undo.

Accounts Receivable
  • Phoenix, February 7th
  • Houston, February 7th

The Microsoft Dynamics GP Receivables Management course explores the accounting cycle and the processes required to enter invoices and receive payments from customers. This course shows a user how to perform additional functions such as credit memos, prepayments, small balance write off, print customer statements, enter and void scheduled payments and month-end closing procedures.

General Ledger
  • Phoenix, February 20th
  • Houston, February 6th

This course explores the General Ledger accounting cycle and the processes required to enter financial data into the system. The training material also shows how to perform additional functions such as account reconciliation, budgeting, allocation, period-end and year-end closing procedures.
