Users can create tasks offering reminders for when work needs to be done, there is also the option to assign tasks to others. The Role Center shows outstanding tasks which can be linked to pages and reports within Dynamics NAV helping improve productivity. There is also a Delete User Tasks feature that can delete specific tasks or bulk delete if required.
