Class fees must be paid prior to the beginning of class. We accept checks, POs and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express). To pay by credit card, you may download the payment form here, or call our office and provide the information over the phone. Any attendees arriving on site for class that has an open balance will be asked to provide a credit card at that time.
Class fees include class manuals, coffee and sodas, and lunch for full day classes.
We require a minimum of two paid attendees for a class to be held. Should class registration fall below two people, we will notify you at least three business days before the class is to be held. If we are forced to cancel a class, we will automatically issue a refund. If you prefer, we can transfer those payments to future class.
Please note, two weeks prior to schedule start date, classes are subject to change and rescheduled to the next available class.
Attendee substitutions are allowed at any time. Please call us at (866) 264-3249 to notify us of the substitution, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your plans change and you need to cancel, we will provide a full refund as long as you notify us at least two weeks in advance of the class. If you cancel with less than two weeks notice, we will charge a $100 cancellation fee. You can, of course, transfer your registration to another session or person; and avoid the cancellation fees.
Class size is limited to ten. Spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Your spot is confirmed once we receive payment.
Please note that our training facility is on the 2nd floor with no elevator! Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs.
In order to receive the discount on the 2nd (or more) registrant from the same company, both must attend the class. If the 1st registrant does not attend the class, the 2nd registrant will be charged the higher rate.
Training is a big investment for you, and we recognize that people learn in varying paces and ways. If you attend a Dynamics GP or CRM training class, and wish to re-take the same class at any time in the future, you can do so – for free – as long as you bring your original manual to the class.
Many of our GP clients feel more comfortable when their CPA is familiar with Dynamics GP too. If you are attending a GP class, and you’d like your CPA to attend with you; we will offer your CPA a seat in the same class for free. As a reminder, we must have two paid registrations for a class to be held.
