Dynamics AX Functional Consultant – Partner Enablement & Support

To-Increase is looking for a Dynamics AX / Dynamics365 for Operations (D365O) consultant to join our partner enablement and support team based in Hyderabad - India.

A key fixture of this team is to understand a customer’s business, work creatively to provide solutions to challenges, and ultimately help their business innovate and digitally transform using To-Increase Solutions.

You will be part of a dedicated team with the intrinsic motivation of delivering the best in class partner enablement and support experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced consultant, who has played a lead role implementing business applications.

To leverage and improve on your domain skills, the role will provide opportunity to solve complex problems and challenges faced by our Partners and Customers when deploying our ISV solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work with an international partner channel as well as with customers around the globe and you will secure successful deployment of To-Increase solutions in their business environments.

You will be part of a team with some of the most highly-skilled employees in the industry that are working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365O.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Consultant at To-Increase you will:

  • Serve as first/primary contact for our partners and customers for on boarding and deployment of To-Increase solutions in their business environment.
  • Serve as first/primary contact for our partners and customers for (remote) service and support requests on To-Increase solutions for Dynamics AX and D365O.
  • Analyse, Investigate and Prioritize support requests and provide acceptable solutions to our partners and customer located across the globe.
  • Secure pro-active and thorough communication, both verbal and in writing, in response to Partner and Customer (support) requests.
  • Learn new advanced solutions on Dynamics AX and D365O.
  • Able to replicate the problem scenario in standard environments, perform functional triage for non-replicable support cases and be able to provide workarounds where possible.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time.
  • Contribute and maintain the To-Increase knowledge base repository.
  • Provides guidance to meet key performance indicators (e.g. SLA, Customer Satisfaction).
  • Follow and develop standard operating procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal as in writing;
  • Strong team player and high customer & commercial orientation with a pro-active attitude;
  • Ability to work with international partners / customers;
  • Bachelor's degree (CA/ICWA/MBA/Equivalent) in accounting or equivalent work experience;
  • 4+ years on relevant experience in providing consulting services to Customers;
  • In depth functional knowledge on financial capabilities of AX2012 / D365O is a must;
  • Base knowledge of standard Dynamics AX systems functions (T&L and Project accounting), postings, roles and permissions, work flows, batch jobs;
  • Basic understanding of Ms Active Directory, Ms Server OS, Ms SQL server and networking infrastructures;
  • Conversant with AX 2012 and prior versions;
  • Experience with D365O is preferred;
  • D365O / Azure software deployment experience is preferred;
  • Experience with Visual Studio Online (VSO) is preferred;
  • ITIL knowledge is preferred;
  • Exposure to cross-cultural working will be an added advantage.
