Columbus’ CEO Thomas Honoré has published the book ”Disrupt yourself” in cooperation with Tune Hein. The book is a guide to employees who consider their own or our common future – or the next generation in the job market.

Disruption may resemble a tsunami that comes flushing against us. Many people hate the word, but it does not go away just because we call it something else. Disrupt yourself gives concrete tips, tools and advice to how employees become part of the future.

”Disruption is something all employees should address, not only the business leaders. Instead of seeing the development as a threat, employees can see the opportunities disruption gives their career”, says Thomas Honoré. And adds:

…”The farmer is not unfamiliar with his tractor, even though it was an innovation”.

Columbus’ Chairman of the Board Ib Kunøe has contributed with the foreword in the book.

“The competition to be the best intensifies because Danish employees increasingly compete globally. It’s about being ready for the battle”, says Ib Kunøe.

The book is a follow-up on the bestseller Disrupt or Die which Thomas Honoré and Tune Hein launched in 2016.

So far the book is only available in Danish.
