Columbus acquires HÄT Systems and expands its market reach in the growing market for digital transformation in Estonia.

Copenhagen, Denmark – 14 June 2018: Today, Columbus has acquired HÄT Systems which is among the leaders of digital solutions to small and medium-sized companies in Estonia. HÄT Systems expands Columbus’ present market leader position within digital solutions and services to Enterprise and medium-sized companies, thus becoming a leading player within digital transformation to a larger market segment in Estonia.

HÄT Systems has 15 highly skilled employees at the same locations as Columbus in Tallinn and Tartu and delivers digital business applications and services to small and medium-sized companies within the manufacturing, distribution and food industries. HÄT Systems match Columbus both within location, market focus and technology expertise and has since it was established in 2005 reached significant results including two-digit growth in earnings.
