Ole Fritze will be responsible for continuing the positive development in Columbus’ global services business, thus ensuring high quality of Columbus customer support and optimizing the global services delivery model.

Ole Fritze comes from a position as Chief Operation Officer in EG. He has a background from IBS Group, where he has held positions as Senior Vice President for Services, Senior Vice President Global Operations and Executive Director.
In 2011 Columbus launched the strategy Columbus15 with the purpose of improving the company’s financial results and transforming the entire organization from an IT company to a global consultancy focused on own software. An important focus in Columbus15 is the global services organization, which consists of the global country teams and Global Delivery Center in India.
Ole Fritze will be focusing on developing and optimizing the services organization, including Columbus’ global support concept, ColumbusCare that ensures customers qualified support 24 hours a day.
