What is C/her
At Columbus, we work with the technological solutions of tomorrow, driven by a vision to contribute to a better future. We also want to make a difference in the tech industry by attracting more women to tech and empowering those who are already here.
By connecting individuals across roles, companies, and levels of experience, we create a platform for inspiring, empowering, and elevating one another through dialogue, belonging, and growth.
That’s why we’ve created C/her — a network for women where we inspire, share knowledge, collaborate, network, and have fun.
Empowering women in tech
"I’m incredibly excited to launch C/her. There is still a lot of work to be done to achieve a more gender-equal tech industry, and we know that networking and knowledge sharing play a crucial role in this development. Our goal is to roll out this initiative in more countries to empower women in technology on a broader scale."
— Beatrice Silow, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Columbus
