Ingvild Næss
Ingvild Næss is a member of the leadership team and the CIO at Kahoot! She started her career as a business lawyer at Thommessen and spent many years at Schibsted in various leadership roles. She holds a law degree from the University of Oslo (UiO) and leadership training from Stanford.

Ingvild shared how she transitioned from being a business lawyer to becoming the CIO, and how she has actively applied a "growth mindset" – a mindset centered around learning and development. She reflected on how this approach has shaped her leadership philosophy and offer insights into how she leads teams with a focus on opportunities. Ingvild also shareed her perspective on Kahoot! and the company’s vision of "making learning awesome.

Siv Juvik Tveitnes is the CEO of Schibsted Media. Schibsted Media is one of the largest media companies in the Nordic region, with a broad portfolio of leading media positions in Norway and Sweden. Siv has held several leadership positions within the Schibsted Group, including CEO of Bergens Tidende and Stavanger Aftenblad, and COO of Schibsted Norway.
