• 07:00 – 09:30: Transportation (Bus from Aarhus and Ballerup with stop in Køge, to Nyborg)
• 09:00 – 09:55: Arrival and Breakfast
• 10:00 – 10:45: Welcome  – Ole, Sally & Katrine
• 10:45 – 11:45: Morten Bennekou – A Culture and Environment That Drive Results
• 11:45 – 12:00: Welcome & introduction to afternoon activities
• 12:00 – 12:45: Lunch
• 12:45 – 16:30: Outdoor activities
• 16:30 – 18:30: Free time
• 18:30 – 19:00: Welcome drink
• 19:00 – 01:00: Dinner and party

Agenda – Saturday the 13th of June

• 07:00 – 09:45: Breakfast at the hotel
• 09:00 – 11:30: Transportation (Bus from Nyborg with stop in Køge, to Ballerup or to Aarhus)
• 10.30:                 Latest check-out

This event includes overnight accommodation and bus transportation to and from Ballerup and Aarhus.

Please register attendance no later than April 29th 2026 at 12:00 here through the form above. Even if you are not able to join, we need you to submit the form on the registration page, letting us know that you won’t attend. 

Accommodation (Nyborg Strand Hotel & Konference)

We have reserved a selection of single and double rooms for our group. Please specify your room type preference and any desired roommate during registration. If no preference is indicated (double room), you will be thoughtfully paired with another team member. Should you opt for a single room, DKK 300 will be deducted from your salary to cover the additional cost.

Transportation

Columbus will arrange bus transportation to and from the Ballerup office (with a stop in Køge) and Aarhus office. Employees from Middelfart, Viborg, and Aalborg should arrange their own transportation.

Please be punctual as late arrivals will need to arrange and cover their own travel to Nyborg. 

Car travel is reimbursed by Columbus when sharing with at least two other colleagues (3 people in the car).
 

Time registration

Please register the 12th of June as internal time on A0004448 with no more than your daily norm hours.

Dress code

Daytime calls for practical outdoor attire, while the evening's dress code is festive.
