Wilma is a business consultant within Infor M3 in Columbus. Last year, Wilma returned home from a customer visit in the USA. With a week's notice, she had to pack her bags, board a flight across the Atlantic, and become a key person for the client who had just gone live with their new ERP system. Just one year earlier, Wilma had started our Accelerator programme within M3.

Agata, now celebrating her 7th anniversary at Columbus Poland, is a shining example of how passion for technology and an openness to growth can transform a career path.
