Effective training is key when adopting new enterprise software, such as Infor M3. Without it, there's a real danger the system will be ignored, wasting the substantial investment of time and resources you've put into it. To ensure success, we've created a new educational training program that equips M3 super-users and process owners with the necessary skills to work confidently and efficiently with the platform.

Our M3 360° Enablement training includes materials for both “basic” and advanced users and is based on Infor’s Industry Process Catalog.

The training contains 4 steps:

• Basic introduction to session content for specific topic and teaming up for discussions and exercises

• Instructor-led demos. After each theoretical introduction to an area, the instructor will run live demos

• Exercises. Hands-on exercises are included for own learning

• As part of the summary, the participants are challenged with the small tests to review their understanding

Format: on-site only, can be delivered globally

Audience: super-users and process owners (up to 12 people per session)

Duration: 4-5 days (total of 35-40 hours)
