Columbus has been collaborating with the digital signature service Scrive for some time. We are now strengthening the collaboration with an integration between the ECM platform M-Files and Scrive eSign, enabling a seamless digital signature experience for agreements, contracts and other essential business documents.

Today, Scrive serves customers in more than 50 countries and is known for being an innovator in workflow automation requiring secure electronic signatures and digital identity authentication.
Through Columbus and Scrive’s solution, agreements managed in, for instance, M-Files can be sent for easy and secure signing. The entire process takes place directly within M-Files, generating full traceability from document creation to signature and completion. Users can manage electronic signatures directly from M-Files and create agreements with just a click, which eliminates costly manual data errors and saves a lot of time. Further, the solution provides support for BankID verification, in accordance with the different standards of each Nordic country.
