Columbus had a good start to the year with organic growth of 7%. Especially the services business showed progress, including sales of Columbus Care and new business areas such as Analytics & BI, Customer Experience and M3.

Ballerup, 30 April 2019: Columbus delivered a revenue growth of 3% (DKK 482m) which isolated from last year’s sale of the SAP ERP business unit constituted an organic growth of 7%. EBITDA increased by 19% from DKK 50.6m and net result before tax increased by 11% to DKK 35.7m.

The revenue growth was primarily driven by progress in the services business where especially Columbus Care (Application Management) delivered a growth of 14% as well as progress in the business areas M3 and Commerce. In addition, the sale of external software contributed with a growth of 7%.

Expectations for 2019
Columbus’ primary goal is to deliver growth by selling solutions from The 9 Doors to Digital Leadership®. The Group will continue to have a strong focus on developing and selling ERP-services while extending the portfolio with new solutions. The expectations for 2019 is a revenue in the range of DKK 2bn and EBITDA in the level of DKK 240m.
