Almost a year ago, Columbus developed the first in the world, quick and efficient, standard integration template between Infor M3 and the world-leading CRM Salesforce. And now it has even been listed on Infor Marketplace. This offers customers a unique combination with a promise to add value by saving both time and increasing profit margins for companies wanting to implement one or both systems.

“We are so proud of the designation and possibilities this integration offers our potential and existing customers,” says Fredrik Persson, Business Line Market Unit Director for Customer Experience & Engagement (CXE) at Columbus. “It helps us define our unique value proposition across Infor’s global partner and customer ecosystem and marks the second milestone already in our 2022 growth strategy for successful Salesforce integrations.”

Niklas Larsson, CXE Solution Architect at Columbus, knows that companies invest a lot of time and effort in trying to transfer information about prices and products between different systems more easily. But, when there is no actual integration between a business system and a company’s CRM system, employees need to manually transfer information instead, which costs time, resources, and increases the risk of marginalized errors.

“So, the timing couldn’t have been better,” Larsson explains, “Our multi-platform Salesforce integration template ties in directly with Infor’s cloud readiness strategy by offering Infor M3 customers a solution that has a rapid ROI at a price point specifically targeting the mid-market segment. Enabling them to drive more sales, save time, increase profit margins, and enhance their customer satisfaction.”

Tina Algkvist, Business Line Executive and responsible for heading Columbus’ global M3 business, is excited that more integrations are coming alive on Infor Marketplace.

“We are pleased to have our products listed on Infor Marketplace; it provides great exposure as we aim to give our customers complete visibility into all the innovations available for their industry-specific needs. Everyone can benefit from innovation and our unique Salesforce standard integration is really something we want more companies to reap the benefits of.”

Earlier this year, Columbus officially announced its roadmap for the Salesforce integration release, offering unique possibilities of the ready-made and a seamless synchronization with Infor M3.

As an Infor Marketplace Partner, Columbus has unprecedented access to Infor’s global customer base through the company’s partner network of resellers, integrators, and consultants and will now begin reaching out to Infor’s partner network through webinars, demos, and special training opportunities showcasing its Salesforce standard integration template.
